There was a growing disconnect between management and field workers that resulted in lowered standards and a reduced quality of work being done. Ultimately, it was the customers who suffered the most. Something needed to change.

Our founders vowed that if ever given the chance to call the shots, they would make things better. They envisioned efficient and positive communication, higher levels of coordination, fulfilled employees who worked with integrity, and satisfied customers.
